Binghatti Developers has completed the structure works on its upcoming Binghatti Crystals project in Dubai Silicon Oasis and is on track for completion.

The real estate developer added that finishing, façade, and installation works are currently in progress on the residential building. Binghatti Crystals comprises 12 floors with 219 units, including 159 studios, 8 one-bedroom apartments, and 48 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 4 Bedroom Duplexes. When completed it will also feature a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and its own parking facilities.

Binghatti Crystals is being built in the master-planned Smart City of Dubai Silicon Oasis close to the mixed-use Silicon Park and the Silicon Oasis Mall which is also currently being developed.

“Our focus on the affordable segment of the market was reflective of the reality that affordable properties provide better investment returns than luxury properties which are often held as trophy properties,” said Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and head of Architecture at Binghatti Developers. “Binghatti Crystals is a project located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which is an area that has proven to be excellent for both end users and investors seeking long term rental returns. The centrally located community is located near to Dubai Academic City and major destinations and landmarks in Dubai and this provides investors with consistent streams of prospective tenants.”

Binghatti Crystals is one of three Binghatti Developers projects – including Binghatti Vista and Binghatti Jewels – due to complete in the first half of 2018. The firm said last week that it intends to deliver a total of six projects worth $299m across Dubai by the end of the year.
